Does anyone know where i can get some Wiccan Oils or whatever in like the middle of michigan?
i need to know where i can buy that stuff because i’m working on being one and i need to know where i can buy stuff without have to go very far to get it. much thanks
I see several possible ways to acquire oils.
A. Online stores will ship right to your house. There is no tax, but you do have to pay for shipping & handling.
B. Using witchvox you can locate a shop near you. Witchvox, of course, does not list every single shop, so you may wish to go to option C.
C. Use the yellow pages. Look up occult and New Age shops.
D. Find local Pagans through witchvox or meetup sites, phone them, and ask them if they have any oils that you can purchase, or if they know where you can get some. It wouldn’t hurt to make friends with them anyway, considering that you’re all Pagans and in the same area. Who knows? You may end up in the same coven.
As for other items you may use in your workings, you can use the up above for sources, but most supplies you can get through easier means. Books you can get from a public library, herbs from Giant Eagle, altar cloth from Walmart, tools using visualization, and so on. Don’t fall for things labelled “Wicca.” Often these items are overpriced and they are no more “Wiccan” than any other item. A candle is a candle, whether it came from Magicks R Us or Goodwill.
